Complain on XOLO

Hello,
 My name is Krupal Patel.
I just aware you about the XOLO. I know you think all phone are cheap but what you know about XOLO service?

You know..

• XOLO don't have a Admin office.
• you can't find any address of XOLO in xolo.in official website.
• They are just provide only one single number which is XOLO care, no other number is provided because they haven't any office.
• xolo.in which is official site look a http simple site. also if you want inquiry about any phone then you have to fill form, No any other number.

I had problem on charger so I sent charger to service centre threw courier (FEDEX) as telephonic talk threw xolo care on 25th june 2013, I also call many many times but yet not receive my charger. They only say wait for 2 days. nothing else. If I ask to transfer call to Head, then they simply tell all are busy.

This is Premkumar from chennai. I m also a victim of Xolo service. I bought Xolo Q800 and for some charging plug problem i gave them mobile on aug 21st and didnt get back till now.
